Hi-Tech Metal Systems is an integrated system of structural and metallic roofing solution. It mainly consists of trusses laid out in parallel and modular form, on top of which any type of cladding system can be easily adopted. One of the key highlight being that throughout this system the process of welding in production or execution is eliminated and only galvanized fasteners are used for any member to member connections.
STRUCTURAL MODULE
Beams or trusses of coated steel (galvanized, zincalume or prepainted) are laid out side-by-side and are bridged to each other by transversal members forming a practically levelled plane.

SPAN & CANOPY
Hi-Tech Metal Systems enables simply supported or continuous free spans. Generally, a canopy having the length of 12% of the span can be admitted efficiently.
STANDARDS & MODULES
Mass production, typical fabrication process and the concept of interchangeable members allows a highly efficient and speedy production/installation time. It easily accommodates and allows all services and secondary installation which is considered in the design stage and implemented on the detailing stage.
There are various modules which are capable of overcoming different spans and loads according to the needs of the project.

MATERIAL USED
The components of the system are supplied in mill-finished steel, galvanized steel or zincalum having thickness of 0.9mm, 1.10mm, 1.25mm, 1.60mm, 2.00mm, 2.70mm, 3.00mm, 4.00mm & 5.00mm. For connecting the parts, galvanized grade-8.8 bolts and nuts are used throughout.
